Plain language. Use 4dnotify.com for personal, non-commercial 4D result lookup. Don't abuse the service. Data is CC0-licensed.

Acceptance

By accessing 4dnotify.com, you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Permitted use

• Personal lookup of 4D draw results.
• Embedding our public JSON / CSV / Markdown API endpoints in your own apps (see /api/).
• Quoting, copying, or remixing any results data under CC0 1.0.

Prohibited use

• Scraping at rates that degrade service for others (be reasonable; our /api endpoints are designed to be polled politely).
• Misrepresenting our data as official operator data.
• Removing our brand attribution from embedded widgets where we provide one.
• Using the site to facilitate illegal gambling outside Malaysia's licensed framework.

Liability

4dnotify.com is provided "as is" without warranty. We exclude all liability for losses arising from use of the site or its data, to the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be noted in /humans.txt. Last reviewed: 2026-06-15.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
